They provided basic necessities in the room which was great too. The rooftop restaurant serves great meals too with reasonable prices. Address: 2488-90 Nalwa Street Aram Bagh, New Delhi. Sleeping in New Delhi's "palace", I just want to be a gluttonous Lazy Que.

🌟Sleeping in New Delhi's "palace", I just want to be a gluttonous Lazy Queen👑 Hey buddies~👋, today I'm going to reveal a treasure hotel that makes me a "royal member" - The Connaught, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions!🏰 As soon as I entered the door, the golden and splendid lobby simply blinded my 24K titanium alloy eyes✨! I feel like I'm not here to stay, but to inherit the throne haha👑. Room? Wow, the comfort is full, the bed is soft like a cloud☁️, I lie down, I just sink in and don't want to come out! At breakfast time, I seemed to have attended the king's feast🍽️. All kinds of Indian foods are dazzling, the curry is so fragrant that my nose almost "rebelled", and the handmade yogurt is just right in balance of sour and sweet. As a foodie like me, I directly turned on the "sweep" mode!😋 What surprised me the most was that there was a secret garden hidden in the hotel🌸. Walking in the evening, I felt like I had traveled to "Aladdin's Magic Lamp", and every corner exuded a mysterious and romantic atmosphere.🌙 Don't tell me you haven't moved yet? Come to The Connaught, New Delhi and enjoy this "royal" treatment with me! Remember to bring your appetite and camera📷, because it's not only delicious here, but also super photogenic! Finally, don't forget to arrange a "micro-service private visit" for yourself~🛫 The Connaught, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions

India | Taj Mahal

India | Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is one of the most famous cultural and historical heritage sites in India, located in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh, next to the Yamuna River. This mausoleum was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It took 22 years to build and was completed in 1653. The Taj Mahal is famous for its symmetry, structural beauty, intricate calligraphy, inlaid gemstones, and magnificent gardens. It is considered one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1983. The architectural style of the Taj Mahal combines elements of Indian, Persian, and Islamic architecture. Its unique white marble structure and exquisite decorative details make it a world-renowned architectural masterpiece. The main body of the mausoleum is made of white marble, with a huge double-shell dome on top and a slender white marble minaret at each corner. At the south end of the mausoleum, there is a mosque and a guesthouse, which are in harmony with the architectural style of the mausoleum. The Taj Mahal not only has high value in architecture and art, but also carries profound cultural significance. It is not only a treasure of Indian Muslim art, but also an important symbol of Indian culture, reflecting India's multiculturalism and religious beliefs. The story of the Taj Mahal also embodies the pursuit and longing for love and beauty, and has become the inspiration for countless literary and artistic works. The protection and maintenance of the Taj Mahal has always been a focus of attention for the Indian government and the international community. Due to its historical value and cultural significance, the Taj Mahal faces challenges such as natural weathering, tourist wear and tear, and changes in the surrounding environment. In order to protect this precious cultural heritage, the Indian government has taken a series of measures, including limiting the number of tourists, strengthening maintenance and repair work, and raising public awareness of protection.

New Delhi: Buzzing City

New Delhi is the capital of India. Home to the national government and 20 million souls. The straight and diagonal pattern of its broad avenues contrast greatly with the narrow and intricate streets of the Old Delhi. 📍 Lotus Temple

The place is quite good, it's not a temple to worship but a place to relax your mind and meditate in a big hall and there is no need to buy tickets as entry is free. Information centre helps us to understand more about the place and it's history. The Lotus Temple has won numerous architectural awards and has been featured in many newspaper and magazine articles. Overall visiting the temple is a good experience and also gives you peace but with a lot of people around you,it's get difficult. #2023travelwish #urbanexplorer #tripblazers
