Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Ho Chi Minh City invites you to take a cutting-edge cooking class, unlock the secrets of southern Vietnamese cuisine amidst the hustle and bustle, and embark on a journey that will amaze your taste buds.

Diverse course content: Usually the course duration is 3-5 hours. Follow the chef teacher to the market to select ingredients, learn about local ingredients, and complete the purchase of ingredients needed for the course. The main cooking content is beef pho, Vietnamese spring rolls, egg pancakes and other specialties, and there are also different sets of dishes for you to choose from. Students can basically make 4-6 signature dishes of Ho Chi Minh City in one class. After completing the course, they can take away exquisite recipes, creative recipe cards and spices to record their unique experience and easily restore the delicious taste when they return home.

Small class teaching, excellent teachers: Usually the teaching classes are strictly limited to small classes, with an average of no more than 10 people per class. Small classes ensure that the chefs give meticulous guidance, and students can have in-depth exchanges, stimulate creative inspiration, and explore the boundaries of food together. Most of the chefs teaching are locals, rooted in local cuisine. When teaching, we first share cutting-edge ideas, then provide practical guidance, and accurately control every link, so that students can improve their cooking skills rapidly.

Fashionable facilities: The cooking area is spacious and bright, equipped with smart kitchen utensils and professional baking equipment. Drinks and desserts are usually provided, and the finished dishes can also be packed away. The ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and specialty farms, fresh, organic and abundant, adding color to the dishes and ensuring that students can prepare delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

Experience a cooking class in Ho Chi Minh CityIt not only provides a profound food experience, but also brings students into a new culinary world through professional teaching. It is not only about making delicious food, but also the best way to experience Vietnamese culture. It helps you become a food trendsetter and leave a unique food memory.

𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê

Regarding the design of 𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê, the current shop only has 1 ground floor, the interior of the shop as well as the front facade are small tables and chairs mostly made of wood, the shop area is also small. It's too spacious, I think the maximum capacity is about 30 guests. The space inside the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning but I found it quite cool even though I visited the restaurant at noon. Going back and forth, I still like the front of 𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê the most, it's small and pretty in some way but I don't know how to describe it properly 😅. 📋About 𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê's menu, it includes machine-brewed and traditional coffee dishes, in addition to juices and fruit teas. The prices of drinks here are also very reasonable. I will post the menu in the review of the dishes I drank at 𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê. 🌟One more coffee shop option in District 3, if you like a small, beautiful and a bit nostalgic coffee space, please try it out 𝗔𝗻 𝗖à 𝗣𝗵ê #historicallandmarks #localguides #goodfoods #foodphotography #coffeeshop #cafe #restaurant

Trip in Ho Chi Minh City - Day 1

Trip in Ho Chi Minh City - Day 1

Day 1: Breakfast - Central Post Office - Notre Dame Cathedral - Lunch - City Hall - Central Street - Dinner – Ho Chi Minh Square 1️⃣ Started the day with a coffee at Trung Nguyên Legend Café. This brand is found all over Ho Chi Minh City and is considered a fantastic local coffee chain. And, the one near Notre Dame Cathedral is special because it has an indoor beach, allowing you to feel relaxed by the seaside in the heart of the city. 2️⃣ Then, I headed to the Central Post Office, which isn't far from the coffee shop. On either side of the post office, you can handle postal services, while in the middle, you can find various souvenirs. 3️⃣ Right across from the post office is Notre Dame Cathedra. The cathedral was built in 1877 during the French colonial period. 4️⃣ For lunch, I dined at RUNAN, a restaurant next to Notre Dame Cathedral. I ordered a Berry Smoothie, Prawn and Pomelo Salad, and Grilled Prawn with Vietnamese noodles. It was quite delicious. Address: Số 3 Công xã Paris, Phường Bến Nghé, Quận 1, TP Hồ Chí Minh 5️⃣ After lunch, I explored City Hall, and nearby was Central Street, which felt like Paris's Champs-Élysées. After some tiring sightseeing, I found another corner café to relax. Vietnamese coffee is generally quite delicious, and any random café I chose was good. 6️⃣ Dinner was a casual affair with street food such as egg pancakes, rice balls, and grilled meat. After eating, I strolled to Ho Chi Minh Square. The City Hall was even more beautiful at night, and I took some photos before returning to the hotel.

SAIGON WATER BUS - Ho Chi Minh

SAIGON WATER BUS - Ho Chi Minh

Getting There - Water bus is also known as river bus. This type of transportation is quite familiar in other countries when it can both be traveled on land and can be run on waterways. In Vietnam, we call it “river bus” but it is actually a covered ferry, equipped with modern, more beautiful. But above all, ignoring the existing inadequacies, this is considered a new point in the water transport system of Ho Chi Minh City that many people are also eagerly looking forward to. Ticket price for one way or return is 15,000 VND/ticket. The Saigon River Bus will pass through 4 stations, the largest station, Bach Dang, District 1; Binh An Station, District 2; Thanh Da station, Binh Thanh district and Linh Dong station, Thu Duc. The interval between flights is 1 hour. Activities - With the spirit of feeling the city from a different perspective, Water Bus is a great choice for you and your family to have a full view of the Saigon River and high-rise buildings. The river bus is very wide, painted in eye-catching bright yellow, inside are 6 rows of seats divided equally on both sides, in the middle is a spacious aisle. In particular, under each row of seats, there are life jackets that are very safe for passengers. Following the Saigon river bus, we come to Bach Dang wharf every weekend morning gently. Drifting along the peaceful Saigon River, passing famous bridges such as Saigon Bridge, Thu Thiem Bridge are also works of city stature to be proud of. Taking the Saigon River bus to Bach Dang wharf to drink coffee is an interesting suggestion so that you don't have to think about where to go and what to do every weekend morning. This is a place where young people are also very eager, helping young people connect with each other, stay away from the noise of traffic jams and dust on the street, and feel the change of the city most clearly. Du Lãm Roasters

#vietnamtrip The shop has both indoor and outdoor space, spacious, well-arranged tables and chairs and many power outlets. Simple but modern space, delicious drinks, most of the seats are hard seats so it is suitable for meeting friends for 1 hour. Convenient location, 2 fronts with gardens so there is a lot of natural light. Suggestion is that the Roastery shop staff should know a little about coffee knowledge so that when customers ask what beans they are using, they can answer. The staff is friendly, quick and attentive to customers. Delicious drinks, fragrant and smooth matcha combined with fragrant and fatty coconut milk. Plus point is that there is filtered water for customers. Parking is right next to the shop and there is a very friendly security guard. 362/3 Ung Van Khiem, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh 700000, Vietnam

A very beautiful cafe

The place’s got me feeling on vacation overseas. Every detail of the interior decor of this place was eye catching. It was totally surprising. You cannot imagine passing by a dingy alley and you would enter a beautiful cafe like this. We ordered a ham croissant, pancake, two matcha drinks and a honey lemon. The food tasted average but the pancake was nicely presented. I liked the matcha drink and it’s rich with match flavor. However, the portion was a tad small for me as I devoured the whole drink in an instant. #vietnamtrip #saigon #thingstodo

Vietnam travel guide🔥

I've organized 8 scenic spots and guides in four Vietnamese cities that I think are worth visiting and easy to capture, taking you on a tour of Vietnam 🇻🇳. 【Ho Chi Minh City】 1️⃣ Pink Church 💒 Whether you're on a short trip or a seasoned traveler, you must visit this Ho Chi Minh City landmark full of girlish charm 💕. Not open from 12 PM to 2 PM, it's recommended to go for a shoot around 4 PM when the lighting is best 📷. 2️⃣ Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum 🎨 This is a yellow French-style building, not large, with three floors and few visitors. It retains a lot of French charm 💃. 30 minutes is enough for a visit. 3️⃣ Off-the-beaten-path Lotus Pond in the Outskirts 🌸 This lotus pond is a lesser-known spot loved by many KOLs. It's in a village on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City and is basically tourist-free. If you want to experience authentic Vietnamese life, this is the place to be ✨. You can also try the oversized specialty fried sesame balls 🔮. Location 🔍: Binh Quoi Tourist Village 【Da Nang】 4️⃣ Ba Na Hills ⛰️ Ba Na Hills is a must-visit spot in Da Nang! Here are a few tips: ☀️ Go on a clear day to avoid heavy fog that affects photo quality. 🧥 It's 6 degrees cooler on the mountain than at the base, so bring a light jacket. 🚠 The cable car broke a Guinness World Record. 🆓 All attractions on the mountain are free. 【Hoi An】 5️⃣ Hoi An Ancient Town ⛩ My favorite place in Vietnam is Hoi An Ancient Town. I think it's the best place to experience Vietnamese culture and tradition! Strolling around the ancient town during the day and seeing the colorful lanterns light up the town at night is simply beautiful 🏮. Tips: Faifo Coffee, a popular spot, offers a great view of Hoi An Ancient Town. 【Hue】 6️⃣ Abandoned Water Park 🐲 This is an entry-level adventure destination. It's quite shocking at first glance. You can enter the dragon's head, which is about three or four stories high, offering a view of the distant scenery ⛰️. If you want to try an adventure, this is a good place to start. Location 🔍: Thuy Tien Lake 7️⃣ Hue Imperial City 🏯 Featuring a lot of red and gold, photos taken here are stunning. 8️⃣ Hue Royal Tombs 🏛 When visiting here, wear light-colored or bright clothes, as the entire royal tomb has many dark stone walls, perfect for photography 📷. Tips: The destination is on the Perfume River, and you can choose to take a boat to enjoy the scenery along the way. Vietnam is a very distinctive travel destination where you can find many traces of culture 🏜. Traveling in winter is quieter and less hot than Thailand, with fewer tourists at many attractions, making it more suitable for a leisurely vacation~

The service was great. Overall, I had a good experience. Highly recommended for those looking for a nice dinner in Ho Chi Minh City. Reservation is a must as well........

Lava Coffee

Lava Coffee

#vietnamtrip Different from crowded, noisy shops. Hidden on Pham Huy Thong road, a small, cute and warm space that will attract those who need tranquility. Lava coat on me warm brown tone, dominating concept of galaxies, planets. Elegant and interesting at the same time. Drinks + price: reasonable, over 30k. The other day I ordered 1 Butterfly Jasmine Tea 55k (dark tea taste if anyone who likes tea is more than my friend, it feels a bit difficult to drink, there is a thick cream cheese layer) 8/10 + 1 Cake flan 39k (cake layer on top The chocolate cake layer is quite delicious, the flan cake is quite fat on the bottom ) 8/10 . The shop sells more sweets: Tiramisu, Flan gato, Red Velvet, Croissant Location: 59 Pham Huy Thong, ward 7, Go Vap.

Duoi Hien Na Coffee

#danangtrip UNDER THE Porch - A place of cute and simple things I've been going since last week but I'm busy with work so I haven't posted until now. The shop is located in Tan Binh district, a rare district that has a cafe that suits my taste and Under the Porch is open as one. a place where I can hide whenever I need to find a place to work, The spacious space is like a house with a very comfortable and cool front porch. The shop uses mainly wooden furniture so it creates a warm feeling. On the upper floor there is also a balcony corner covered by trees. Green looks very beautiful and poetic, The menu is very diverse, there are coffee, fruit tea, juice,... the price range is better than the current cafes, I can drink a cup of salted coffee with a very delicious flavor, somewhere 90% similar to when I use it. Drink in Hue and also have a variety of cakes 🫶🏻 One more cafe located outside the center for Tan Binh friends ☺️ Coffee Shop Under the Porch 📍158 Nun Huynh Lien, Ward 10, Tan Binh ⏰ 7am-10pm 💵 From 25 cases #coffee#cafe

For coffee enthusiasts

I am so glad that a place like this exists. Especially in a country like vietnam which grows and consumes so much coffee. Our host Julia definitely made the experience fun and super easy. Loved the recipes they shared as well. We made 4 different concoctions from varieties of Vietnamese coffee. This is a very intersting interaction with people who are passionate about coffee. I like how the class was a journey of how Vietnam’s coffee culture started and how it continues to grow even after the pandemic. This experience didn’t just teach me to make coffee but loved the coffee culture here even more.Definitely a fun and memorable experience. Not to be missed! #vietnamtrip #coffee #saigon
