Onion? Onion

Went to the highly raved onion cafe in seoul. It took us 15-30 mins plus to get in and the staff were really nice. Food was amazing??!! The coffee is *chef kiss*, honestly so much better than sbux. They had a really nice range of interesting and creative pastries to try. Price wise; it isnt very expensive, comparable to usual cafe prices. To take note its really crowded as the anguk outlet is in the city and near major tourist attractions. The other is in a suburb (so its quieter). Recommend: If you enjoy cafe vibe, a foodie or just a curious cat. Do check them out. Cost: $$

Cafe Onion Anguk 🇰🇷

Cafe Onion is one of the most well-known cafes in Korea. This is the Cafe Onion Anguk. Cafe Onion Anguk has a traditional architecture with a mix of modern elements. Known as the mix of past and present. We ordered their iconic signature, pandoro. I didn't find anything special in it tho lol We also had dark chocolate & maldon salt, salty caramel cake, and Olive Bacon. The pizza is good, try it. Their coffee is regular, we had cafe latte and cappucino. Overall experience, 6/10. Getting there: The nearest subway station is Anguk Station on Line 3. It’s a short walk from Exit 2/3. #seoultrip

Artistic pastries: Nudake by Gentle Monster @ Seongsu Seoul 🇰🇷

#koreatrip My visit to Nudake Seongsu in Seoul was a delightful experience. This trendy cafe, known for its unique and artistic desserts, lived up to the hype. The collaboration with the popular K-pop group NewJeans added a fun twist, with bunny-shaped cakes that were a hit among visitors. Although the special bunny cake had sold out, I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and innovative treats on display. The interior, designed by Gentle Monster, was visually striking, making it a perfect spot for photos. Overall, Nudake Seongsu offers a fantastic blend of creativity and flavor, making it a must-visit in Seoul. My rating: 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5!

Address: 22 Myeongdong 2-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea Opening hours: 10am to 10.30pm everyday Awesome cafe in Myeongdong area, located directly opposite Lotte Young Plaza and along the street famous for money exchangers. It occupies 2 floors in this old building, and you will have to place order at the ground floor before going up to upstairs to get a table. You will collect your order upstairs so there is no need to navigate the stairs again. This cafe has awesome pasties and there is no minimum order. Annyeonghaseyo (Hello) Seoul, Korea!

✈️From Kuala Lumpur to Seoul will took about 6hrs. Highlight of the trip: ❤️Nami Island: Absolutely beautiful no matter what time of the year you visit! You first need to purchase a ticket to to ride the ferry. The ferry is smooth with beautiful scenery. Once you arrive, you are free to explore. There is a really cool history about the island. Winter Sonata, a very famous K-drama was filmed there and they even have a statue for a photo opportunity. 🦀 King Crab: This is my first time eating such a big crab! I went to Noryangjin Fish Market through subway. Vendors offered with 60,000 to 35,000 won per kilo (2.2 lbs) for king crab. Price wise is quite expensive however the experience is even pricer! #solotravel

#hotelreview Address - 36 Sejong-daero 11-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul Ambiance/Facilities - swimming pool, mini cafe area within the hotel. small but mighty Highlights - 9.1 star on trip.com or agoda or maybe both! have high expectation of this place. feels like boutique hotel when I reach but the cleaniness for this place is too notch. very convenient location! p/s not good for room sharing. the toilet has no doors and shower area has only glass screen. the only door is AFTER the toilet area to the bedroom area. Avg. Price per Person - 300/room /night Rating - 4/5 bed and hygiene is on point.

100 Must-Visit Korea Destinations! ✨ During my recent trip to Korea, I had the opportunity to visit one of the five palaces in Seoul. I took a photo at Gyeongbokgung Palace and was thrilled to have the experience of wearing a Hanbok in the country itself 🫶✨ I rented it for free because it was included with the Discovery Seoul Pass (I'll talk about it in the next post!) There are five palaces you can visit when you're in Korea, all located in Seoul (Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace, Deoksugung Palace, and Gyeonghuigung Palace). 🥳 Wearing a Hanbok in Korea was already on my list 🌸💐 because it's not only stylish but also a memorable experience. Oh, by the way, Gyeongbok Palace is located north of Seoul (Gangbuk), South Korea. This palace is one of the five grand palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty, which you must have seen in Korean dramas, right? 🌼 The vibes here are truly different, and I loved how most people who visit this place also wear Hanbok. Welcome to Myeongdong and this is a top choice for tourists to stay and visit here. It is a vibrant district and it has so many shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and streetfood stalls. If you are first timer to Seoul, I will recommend you to stay at Myeondong. This is a large area and if you want o be near the bustling area, you will have to stay around Myeongdong station exit 4/5. Otherwise you can check the walking distance before you book another hotel within this area. There are also many airport bus coming to Myeongdong so it is easy to go to the airport.
