I travel to the area regularly and this is by far the best hotel I have found. It is a large hotel but each room is spotlessly clean and well appointed with coffee machine etc. The beds and sheets are very nice allowing for a great nights sleep. My only criticism is that the rooms do seem a little cold, so I would recommend putting the air conditioning on 24 degrees when you arrive.

Nice hotel, clean. We had roomservice for dinner, it was quick and it tasted good. They also had very nice desserts. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is not noisy at all. I go here more often. Breakfast is also good, they have plenty of food and it’s fresh till the end.

Large, luxurious hoyltel. Very modern but with a traditional feel. Large rooms as standard with toiletries included. Shower and full size bath. Large wardrobes. Clean and spotless hotel. Restaurant excellent value. Bars have a vast choice of local and continental beers and spirits. Restaurant food excellent. Lots of choice. Excellent quality.

In one word: great!!! We were there for 1 night and had the family suite. Great rooms, bathroom was luxurious, staff very friendly and great breakfast! We didn't have dinner, but we did have snacks in the bar. Chicken wings are a must. Delicious. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel, big nice room (comfort room). Opening the door with my phone didn't work. Wonderful beds and blankets. Friendly staff. Tasty cocktails. It was very busy at breakfast. Choice and freshness was more than ok. The steak in the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately the cod was a bit overcooked. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Today we attended the lunch buffet with a friend. It was terribly busy. Long lines at the buffet. When it was finally our turn, almost everything was gone. Including the juice machine was empty. When we arrived at the fish dishes we were given a piece of a maximum of 5 com. It almost flew off my plate. Multiple pieces was not possible. In short, definitely not recommended.

Booked a few months ago for the MotoGP weekend in Assen. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms. Beautiful bathroom with shower and bath (room 238). Price 235,-€ with breakfast for a room for 4 people. Good value for money. Good breakfast. Beautiful and large terrace for an aperitif and dinner. The only problem is the room service. Not very efficient and very slow... and weigh my words carefully. The wait staff has no experience, doesn't know the menu... in short, there is work to be done at this level. The restoration bodes well. Despite everything, we had a good time.
