What a great surprise after a long drive and a day's work! Whaouh effect ! High up in the mountains, with a breathtaking panorama, in the middle of the forest, a haven of peace offering peace and quiet, like a cocoon out of time. I was given a very warm and friendly welcome by the owner, Werner. I felt right at home in this magnificent hotel-villa, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. I savored every moment, and was allowed to take advantage of the pool despite my late arrival. Absolute bliss. I had a so cosy room, and high comfort mattress. Also a royal breakfast, and an almost family-like welcome in the early morning after a great night sleep. My only regret was not arriving earlier. Many thanks to both of you for this interlude of well-being.

We booked the full hotel for 1 week for our group of 6 couples. It is run by a charming, very hands-on couple (and their dog;-)) who made us feel at home! The rooms are modern and well maintained, the indoor pool is heated, the top floor restaurant and its terrace are spacious with a beautiful view. The surroundings offer many outing options in nature (trekking, rafting, etc). We spent a great time and left well relaxed!

It was a short weekend trip. The hotel is very pleasant. I liked the sauna and the pond where you can jump from the sauna. There are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We were in a restaurant with Indian-Afghan food. I liked it very much

Dear Werner and Sabine, The choice to celebrate our Passover holiday in Bergvilla was a great success. Eight days of walks in the woods or up in the mountains, enjoying perfect weather of blue skies and spring in full bloom. Your hotel, a real jewel, served as our home as we had it all to ourselves - the beautiful and colorful garden, the comfortable rooms decorated in good taste, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the terrace overlooking the Swiss Alps with spectacular sunsets, and the enormous dining room and kitchen - enabled both family gatherings and private moments. The kitchen was very well equipped, and your Weber barbecue was in good use too :-). Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. Your advice regarding worthwhile walks along your genuine hospitality to make sure we are pleased were fundamental to an unforgettable family vacation. Hotel Bergvilla is a perfect destination in every aspect, and we warmly recommend it.

A Great Place with very comfortable beds, excellent room utilities, temperature controlled covered swimming pool, outside pond, relaxing chairs in garden with fantastic nature views, healthy breakfast choices.

Das Zimmer und Betten sind ein Traum. Das ganze Haus ist so wunderschön eingerichtet. Viel Privatsphäre. Ruhe. Eine entzückende Sauna. Badeteich direkt davor. Das Personal ist so liebevoll und tierlieb. Gerne kommen Honey und ich wieder.

Wir genossen unsere Tag in der Bergvilla. Sehr familiär, nicht aufdringlich und das Hotel hat sehr viel Scharm. Trotz recht kühlen Temperaturen haben wir den Badeteich täglich genutzt. Herrlich erfrischend!!! Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick.
