My wife and I stayed at the Riverside Hotel for a week from Sunday 29th May to Sunday 5th June and we totally enjoyed our stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful and even the Hotel Manager got to know you. The Food was fantastic especially the Sunday roast and our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Gardens. The Hotel was with in easy walking distance of the town of Mildenhall

We wanted to stay two night there, as we are obliged to make our first steps, we called the reception was unfriendly and frustrated lady on the phone, anyhow, we end up without any outstanding service. The GM should take step against the lady attitude, very unmatchable for this pretty place. It was three days ago our call.

Nous y avons séjourné une nuit lors d'un évent professionnel. Accueuil professionnel et qualitatif. Lieu agréable et spacieux. Concept Hôtelier intéressant et bien pensé. Service de restauration adéquate et personnel fort sympathique. Chambres spacieuses, propres et très sgreables (oreiller a améliorer pour plus de confort). Petit déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet proposant un large éventail de produits. Bowling sur place pour terminer la soirée. Un lieu fort sympathique que nous recommandons.

Das Riverside liegt sehr toll, direkt an der Glatt. Grosser Parkplatz und über viele Velowege sehr gut erreichbar. Karfreitag. Wir wagten es zu Viert draussen an der Sonne zu Essen. Das Service-Personal ist sehr gut aufeinander eingespielt und erledigt Ihre Arbeit gut. Alle zuerst einen Apero um die Speisekarte zu "studieren", anschliessend wurde bestellt. 2 mal Hackbraten nach "Grossmutter Art", 1 mal Kalbsgeschnetzeltes "Zürcher Art" und einmal den Riverside Burger. Essen war soweit in Ordnung, ausser dass der Kartoffelstock noch viel Luft nach oben hat. Das geht besser. Dessert in Ordnung. Alles ganz ordentlich aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Rollstuhlgängig, sehr gut.
