Would recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of the city and super close to a lot of sights and attractions with walking distance! 🤗 I was travelling with my parents and they offered 2 double beds, which is exactly what we needed. A few minor things were that we arrived a bit early and there were no rooms for us to enter into before check in, which is understandable. We did wait until check-in and even then they still did not have our room ready, so we opted out for a room on the first floor instead… so I don’t know if there was a difference between the two apart from the view. The other minor issue was that we attended a tour the next day, during the morning and bit into the afternoon, when we came back to rest, our room was not cleaned. To this result, we had just asked for our towels to be replaced when the maid came. Other than that, the information centre and luggage drop off area was extremely helpful. Would stay here again! 🤗

I was waiting in line at the front desk to check in. When it was my turn, a foreigner came to cut in line. The front desk ignored me and helped him check in. After waiting for ten minutes, I was told that they had to change shifts and asked me to wait at another counter. Because I was very tired from the flight and didn't want to argue, I forgot to check my ID card, otherwise I would have complained. What was annoying was that the waitress looked Asian. I haven't encountered such discrimination in Europe for half a month. Because of the front desk, I had a very bad experience and I will not let my friends stay at Marriott in Prague. In addition, the location is excellent at the entrance of the old town. The room facilities are also OK.
