The location is located on an industrial estate, which is not a problem for us, but this is not really inviting for us for a nice walk in the evening. The car park has narrow and short parking spaces, which can make it difficult for SUVs and station wagons to exit. After checking in, we went straight to the outdated room through a rattling elevator. Upgrading is actually desirable for the entire location - you can really turn this into a gem. Now it is more of a sports center with dining and sleeping facilities. The wellness also included a swimming pool, sauna and massages, but the latter can only be booked externally. In the meantime, this has been adjusted on the site during the booking and stay, but this option is still available at the elevator. Feel free to combine your stay with Wellness Center de Bronsbergen! The breakfast buffet was not special, no alternatives such as lactose-free yoghurt or a plate that you could ask for afterwards. The multi-fruit juice looked like orange juice and the coffee was weak. At dinner the night before it had already become apparent that nothing had been done with my stated food allergy - this made the choice very limited and the quality was passionless and disappointing. The room was clean and equipped with a safe and non-silent but well-functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, there is no mini-fridge for the bottles that are available from a drinks machine at reception. We tried out the sports bar, it is worth talking to the catering tigers because it turns out that more is possible than what is on the cards. It's a bit of a shame that the sticky spot that was on a table on Friday afternoon was still there on Sunday morning after check-out. Chills. Fortunately, there are helpful staff, except for 2... the passionless chef and the controlling restaurant manager who kept an eye on the staff like a hawk but didn't lift a finger himself. Congratulations to the catering tigers who can tolerate this, as a guest in the restaurant this was far from pleasant. This experience was sobering and definitely not what I am used to as a private and business guest.
