On arrival we (2 adults + 2 children) were given a very nice room. Unfortunately only one, but two were booked. And deliberately with separate bedrooms. Unconventional, but was reposted. They thought they were doing us a favor???!?? However, it was quickly remedied by the front desk. Unfortunately, there were no explanations about the spa/fitness/dinner. According to the hotel room card case, 24-hour room service is offered. A booking on the tablet in the room was not possible. We can't reach anyone in the restaurant either. Arriving at the restaurant, we weren't really noticed at first, almost ignored. When asked if we could get a table for dinner, the answer was unfriendly with the counter-question of a table reservation. When we said no, there was only a rolling of the eyes and a heavy sigh. Sure, we should have reserved in advance...our "mistake". However, the response and subsequent service was a shame for this establishment. Be it no question or help with the high chair, or the ongoing rather weak attention. We don't feel comfortable here and deliberately went out to eat on the second evening. It was great, we weren't a disruptive factor here. In summary: We frequent, privately and professionally in good hotels. Also with the Romance group. The house is very attractive, nice details, good location. However, for the most part, the staff was a disappointment to us. That must not happen.
