２度目の宿泊です！なんといってもお食事が素晴らしいです。 前回とはまたメニューが変わっていてとても楽しめました。 前回の宿泊で、ちょっとしたことなのですが、「飲み物メニューのここを改善されたらどうですか？」とご提案させていただいた点があったのですが、今回拝見したそのメニューには私の意見を反映してそのような対応がなされていました。 お客さんの声を実直に取り入れておられるサービス精神の高さを感じました。 今後も変わらず素晴らしいサービスをお願いしたいです。 次の宿泊も楽しみにしてます。

弟の結婚式のために利用させていただきました。リビエラで午後の挙式ということで夕食は軽夕食を提案していただいたり、二転三転するこちらのご相談にも対応してくださり、とても感謝しています。タイミングよく神奈川旅割を利用できましたし、決済方法も親切に教えていただいて、とてもオトクに宿泊できました。また利用したいと思います
