The room is relatively large, fully equipped and easy to use! Suitable for family travel, especially with children and adults; the breakfast is beyond expectations! Plenty and good quality.

Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!

Very friendly staff and extremely conveniently located hotel for Trams (its at the doorstep) and main train station 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone

The location was not as near as google map states it is, for guests who walk with big luggage as there are several roads to cross. There is a construction site ongoing literally beside the hotel. Although we were not affected by the noise, it’s something to take note of. The receptionists were friendly. Room has more amenities than typical hotel (kitchen and dining table). However, they didn’t provide bedroom slippers which is disappointing because it’s quite basic. We arrived night time and check out early in the morning, so I think the price is too expensive to justify the stay.

Go to this hotel apartment in Zurich, Switzerland: the room is very clean; the facilities are also complete; there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby; the transportation is very convenient, making it an ideal place to live on vacation. Disadvantages: Some parts of the bed board are broken (turned against the bed); the power socket is Swiss only. It is recommended to prepare a European universal conversion socket.

The hotel is very well located. However, the room is not completely clean! There are dirty stuffs on the floor, unfortunately. The price is good considering zurich is an expensive city. Reception people are very helpful. Overview, recommend to check it out when you visit Zurich.

This hotel is the most expensive and the worst hotel in Switzerland. The location is a bit far away from the railway station, a 20-minute walk, if bus 15 can be reached. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and the noise of the car outside and the children upstairs can't sleep. Other hotels in Switzerland have free transportation cards, which he does not have. The only good thing is that the capsule coffee machine is good

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip. The advantages are as follows: 1 The kitchen has complete cooking utensils and tableware 2 The bathroom has a washing machine for washing clothes 3 There are two bedrooms. If you don't take the bus (I remember that the bus in Switzerland is quite expensive), it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Zurich Train Station
