Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich

Ruby Mimi Hotel is a warm friendly hotel starting with their reception team esp. Mojo. Thank you for a warm welcome. Happily kept our luggae till we return to hotel 10 days later. Very convenient service. Location is great near to Zurich HB. 6F rooms come with an attic look and had a good view of Zurich old town.

Receptionist was awesome! They helped us to check and even extended for us to have an early check in. The system used in the hotel was so high tech, and it feels like a hipster vibe ! The location was convenient not too far off from SBB train station and bus terminal. Nearby there’s many food options! The room was well maintained, I am super amazed at their shampoo where there is “heading out” and “winding down”! Lovely! Kudos team!

Excellent location, room was very clean and spacious and well lit and I loved the design. The desk area could have been bigger but that’s about it.

Unfortunately, my stay at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich was extremely disappointing. While the location is indeed central, that’s where the positives end. There is no daily housekeeping service, which made my experience even worse. The hotel offers no real amenities — no proper room service, no extra toiletries, and no sense of hospitality. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no willingness to assist with even basic requests. It felt like staying in a stylish building with nothing to back it up in terms of comfort or service.
