The hotel is situated at a higher altitude in Zurich. It features a small lobby and compact rooms with basic amenities, which do not justify the price or meet our expectations. The shower area is cramped, and the mattress and pillows are uneven and extremely uncomfortable. Housekeepers were trying to enter the room for cleaning using the key before we checked out. Additionally, the tram ticket vending machine in the hotel was malfunctioning, taking money without dispensing tickets, which caused us significant inconvenience and nearly made us miss our long-distance train. The staff could only ask me to leave the transaction evidence with them, leaving me uncertain about whether I would be reimbursed. Overall, while the reception desk staff are generally friendly, they are sometimes not very helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staffs, room was little small for two person. Free minibar, parking cost 20 swiss franc per day. Overall was good. Convenient to get to centre of zurich

Hotel is in good location near to tram stop .Walking distance to lake side. Reception staff are with smiling face.One problem we face there is no AC .Zurich is extremely hot this time

Really a great and worth hotel to stay in Zurich. Walking distance to tram station and coop supermarket. the tram nearby can go to Central Area and Airport. All the beverage in mini bar is FREE, that amazing! The staff is also friendly.
