A great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay

The stay was overall fine — the room was okay and the location convenient. However, it was surprising that there wasn’t even a kettle available in the room. A small touch like that would have made the experience more comfortable, especially for those who like to make tea or coffee in the morning. And the room is tiny!

The room is really small, and the design is a bit strange for the shower. The staff is nice and friendly. But I still suitable for one people to live in.

Location:
The hotel is not far from the train station, but walking with large luggage can be a bit challenging due to an uphill path. Taking the tram for just two stops is a more convenient option. During my stay, there was construction next to the hotel, so I had to cross the street to walk on the other side.
Cleanliness:
The hotel is clean, and housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels.
Service:
Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room before check-in time without any issue.
Facilities:
There’s hot water available for instant noodles and wooden cutlery provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited — it would be even better with a salad bar.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service was outstanding—staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Highly recommend!

They let us to check in at 9 and they were so friendly. It was clean. The breakfast was ordinary.
