Viadukt Apartments

While being fully aware that photos don’t reflect reality, we were still very disappointed. This place could use an update. Worn out kitchen and bathroom and not too clean either. Sticky table, hair on the floor, leftover blood stains on pillow case, sheets not ironed, yellow and worn out shower curtain, etc. Our room was on the top floor with one of the double beds placed in an improvised space (not easily) accessible by tiny stairs. I write improvised because you can see in the images attached, the floor was not even finished. All mattresses super soft and not comfortable. Each pillow of different quality. Good news is if you walk 20k+ steps a day you fall asleep fast. Be aware of the fact that despite “available parking” they can tell you it’s full upon arrival. We managed but you might not be able to. You can consider this place if you don’t mind the above. Personally, second time I would aim at higher standard despite the price point.

I reserve through booking the pic you see in booking nice pic but unfortunately when you reach there very bad entry stinke hole building also the apartment the trash was full of garbage the badthroom wasnt clean the three bedrooms were not clean and organized I think that if you stay there you are wasting your money believe be you will loose you money simplely its not worth that amount you will find better more near there also cheaper price

Because of the great location I was hoping to book an apartment last year and then again for our upcoming trip this summer. Both times I was ready to book with them, and both times, they stopped responding to my emails. Because I couldn't reach them anymore by email or phone, I asked my sister in Zurich to call for me. The woman who answered (Anna?) was very rude and hung up on my sister. Maybe it's better this all happened before we paid them!

As soon as we arrived in the apartment we were bothered by an extremely strong smell of tobacco which permeated all the rooms, the bed fabrics and the textiles in the apartment. It was not just a recently smoked cigarette, but an apartment in which a smoker had stayed for an extended period of time. We also found plenty of cigarette burn marks on the floor and on the sofa. The apartment was very dirty: the bedspreads were covered in stains, the sofa was covered in stains, the headboards were covered in stains, the kitchen table was dirty, the hob was dirty and sticky. There was even dirty laundry in the washing machine in the apartment! The room also did not correspond to the description given on the rental site: half of the furniture was missing, most of the decorations had been removed (curtains, paintings, etc.), no equipment as advertised. A lot of things were broken in the apartment: broken mirror, lock for the broken bathroom, broken cupboard doors in the bathroom, hole in the middle of the hall floor, the hanging hook half broken on the wall, burnt towel on the kitchen, burn mark on the sofa and so on. We had requested by email a parking space for our car. The hotel has confirmed to us that a place has been reserved for us. When we arrived, no space was available and we were asked to park on the street. Traveling with two children, we decided to leave the establishment after contacting a manager to explain the situation and offer to pay for the first night. We were guaranteed a refund. Since then, our multiple contacts by email and SMS have gone unanswered.
