Hotel location is very very good, just along the famous Bahnhofstasse, and only 2 mins walk to Zurich train station. Staff were excellent. Rooms are clean.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station. Perfect for getting around and the are many food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and good as well. Would recommend!

The location is good, its very near the train station. Once exit from the hotel and we at right at the main street. It happened to ve where the christmas market begins. All the popular chocolatier are just around the corners for souvenirs from Switzerland.
Room was decent, but the only and major downside, there's too many stairs. It'll be good to include a narrow ramp next to the stairs to allow us to drag our extremely heavy luggage.
I think its because we checked in at night, there's not enough staff to assist us.
Even on the way to our room, we had a small steps to overcome. 🤦♀️ I mean eventually its still manageable but it'll be a great help with the narrow ramp.
*Attached a photo extracted online of the entrance to show the Entrance stairs for reference* As we are exhausted from our travel we didnt remember to take any photos of the hotel.
We were stunt by the no. of steps at the entrance for a few moments, literally. 😅
