I really regret choosing this hotel because I was misled by the picture of the triple room and thought it was at least on the second floor. But when I told the customer service of Ctrip that all triple rooms were on the first floor, they hung up on me. What kind of attitude is that? We went there very early, around 4pm, and 3pm is the earliest check-in time. Was it the last family room? We were afraid that we would not be able to get back in time after storing our luggage, so we had to spend hundreds of dollars to store our luggage at the airport. It is not recommended to stay here! The shower room in the bathroom is completely for the disabled. There is no glass partition, and all the water splashed out! I seriously suspect that they discriminate against Chinese people and don't give good rooms. They asked the white people in front of me all kinds of questions, saying what kind of room do you need? Is it a big bed or a twin bed?... As soon as we arrived, we were only given a dark room at the edge of the first floor. If I had known that your triple room was only on the first floor, why would I have booked it! I also booked it three and a half months in advance, and indicated that I needed a room with a window on a high floor, but it didn't work at all! It ruined our last night in Zurich! I was very angry and couldn't sleep at all! Chinese compatriots must not stay here! It's not worth it!
