What an incredible surprise this hotel was. We switched from the Marriott Zurich which was very disappointing to half the price at The Home Hotel (also part of Bonvoy/Marriott) and just wow. We were upgraded to a suite, which was huge, the food at this hotel is very good, starting with an amazing breakfast buffet. The bed is terrific with great pillow options. The shower is unfortunately a shower/bath combo, which sadly is very common in Europe, but it had great hot water supply, so that made it just annoying to step into the shower, but once your in, it was great. Parking was also excellent, however we had a lot of trouble with Uber drivers refusing to come to the underground pickup area - which is where they are supposed to come. I would recommend just grabbing a taxi from the underground carpark, they are clean and helpful and without the drama of the fussy Uber drivers. We would highly recommend this hotel.

"We're an affiliated hotel" is their favorite line... not to honor Bonvoy Platinum+ benefits. Really, no benefits at all (no breakfast, no guaranteed late checkout, no food and drink credit for lack of lounge - as the hotel hasn't got a Lounge, regardless the personnel confirming to be before going that a lounge was there.... -. Avoid at all cost if you're a Marriott Bonvoy Member, your status is toilet paper to them. Room was large (I booked a suite) but poorly organized, bathroom has no door. Also, I wouldn't use this hotel even as a conference centre; I walked around floors 4 and 5 (where the conference rooms are supposed to be): very messy, rooms poorly organized...go somewhere else for your corporate event.

Sitting in the lounge and simply not being served. Been sitting here since 30min, the lounge is served, but nonody even comes and gives me the card. As everywhere in Zurich, there’s not enough staff, and the staff that’s there is insufficiently educated and trained. Horrible customer service as usual in Switzerland.
