Staff are passionate to help. Good to have luggages storage service as we arrive earlier before the check in time. Really close to Hottingerplatz. Washroom is big. Pillows are too soft. Can provide pillows with different softness. There is a spider found on one bed which scared us a little bit.

This hotel is recommended. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The hot water is very hot. There is free black tea, water and coffee on the first floor. The breakfast is also very good. The space is comfortable and the TV has YouTube, which is definitely a big benefit for foreign tourists like me who are not good at foreign languages 😂
It's a pity that there is no mains power supply next to the bed. You have to get up to turn off the light when you want to sleep. There is no socket next to the bed. You have to unplug the light to use it. But I think the flaws are not outweighed. I really like this hotel👍👍👍
