very nice hotel, the staff very friendly there and hotel location very good, only except the shower room should have some place to put shampoo

The breakfast was average (limited food options) and restaurant service was just 6/10.. Location was good as it was near the shopping street. The hotel staff service was commendable. Free wifi, modern nice room interior. One might missed the hotel entrance. I will stay again if the price is at a good promotional price.

Room clean, breakfast of various choice and delicious, service always helpful (greetings for Rose) and the cherry of top is hotel locations which is super convenient! Highly recommend for those who want to discover city of Bangkok without spending a lot of money on accommodation. This it what you’re looking for!

Very close to Zurich HB, and convenient transportation nearby, but the people near the hotel are very office-like, and tourists feel a bit out of place in Zurich 😅… The restaurant is very cute, and each table has small pumpkins of different shapes, but the breakfast is very ordinary, and there are not many varieties. The room is quite small, and it is a bit crowded to spread out two 28-inch suitcases. If you are a strong man traveling, the room may be a bit cramped. By the way, the prunes (or peaches?) in the welcome fruit are delicious! ! ! Can you ask about the fruit category and where to buy it? Is there a brand!

I was really confused about this hotel. I stayed in it twice in one week. The first time, I stayed in room 220 (single room). Although it was so small, it was clean and the facilities were normal. But the second time, I was assigned to room 222 (same single room), which was the beginning of tragedy. First of all, the hygiene of room 222 really shocked me: 1. 🩸There were traces of dried red liquid sprayed on the wall of the room (reasonable suspicion is blood/because I found that it can be wiped off with a tissue, and the color is dark red and you can't tell if you don't pay attention) but I really don't know how it got there... 2. 🕸️There were spider webs, so I called for cleaning but their eyesight was so poor that they still didn't notice it, and I wiped it off with a tissue myself. This shows that the cleaning staff and their seriousness are really slightly different. 3. There is a black spot on the bath towel 4. There are very fine hairs on the bed sheet The lady at the front desk said she was really sorry and helped me upgrade to a double room. Although the hygiene is better, the hardware facilities are poorly maintained: 1. The shower door seal is stuck, so the door cannot be closed, and water will naturally overflow outside the shower 2. The stainless steel basket is shaky and obviously needs to be reinforced with screws, but no one has done it... If you can tolerate the "poor hygiene you may face" and "poor maintenance", then this hotel is still very desirable: 1. Location, location, location! A very good location, convenient to go anywhere , no need to take a taxi, and it's just a simple ten-minute walk to the airport and the train station Finally, the service depends entirely on the person. There was an old white man who accidentally opened my room (he could open it even if it was locked/luckily he was not there 💩) and a lady who admitted his mistake and helped me change rooms. This hotel must have a spider's nest. I found three spiders on the ceiling of the room, and spiders would come into the room as long as I opened the window. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall and COOP supermarket next to it. The breakfast is very good, and the window view is beautiful. It is within walking distance to the city center, and it is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. I will come again next time.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and there is a coop nearby, which is very convenient. The room is small, mostly in the corridor, making it difficult to open the suitcase. The staff are friendly and we often see them helping to book rides. Breakfast was rich and delicious. However, there are many paid items in the wardrobe and desktop, which take up a lot of space.

I think this is the most worthwhile hotel in Zurich. The room was very, very clean and cozy, with body lotion, sparkling water, fruit, Nespresso coffee, and slippers, which is rare in Europe! The breakfast was good by European standards, and the omelette was delicious. If you want to visit the old town, the hotel is very conveniently located, and you can basically walk there in ten minutes. Traveling with my parents, I left a message for them to reserve a quiet double room, which was indeed very quiet, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. My single room was surprisingly small, but still very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. One of the waiters is super nice. They were kind enough to give us something to eat after we missed breakfast at the hotel! It really improved my favorability rating~ However, the room the hotel arranged for me had a mediocre view. Opposite was a building that was being renovated. It seemed that I couldn't see the beauty of Zurich.
