The place is nice but really small. The bathroom is tiny. The worst part of it, is that there’s no elevator. I was traveling with my elder parents and it was a nightmare to get out suitcases up. Also, you can imagine getting them downstairs. Even though, the place is a few steps from Zurich Central station and has plenty of restaurants near.

5 stars for excellent location. -1 star for no elevator and steep stairs you have to drag your suitcase up. -2 stars for cafes and restaurants in the street below that are open until 3am and today (Sunday) people were there partying until 5am. Wouldn't be so bad I'd you could close the window to block out the noise. Two issues with this, 1) closing in window barely blocks the noise, windows are paper thin and 2) in summer the room gets so hot as there isn't aircon (only a fan), so you need the window open or you suffocate. A shame as this place really has potential. Love the washing machine (BYO detergent), kitchenette, nice shower. But when on holiday and busy exploring during the day you need a good night rest and just cannot get that here.

It would have been great to indicate there is no lift (and steep stairs)..
