Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

The room is super beautiful. The three large windows can see the city and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The facilities are very good and new, and the hygiene is very good. The parking space is difficult to enter, the entrance is very narrow and the parking space is not large.

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. Although this hotel belongs to a hotel chain, our stay was perfect. The situation is very close to the Bahnhofstrasse (near to the LV store). The staff was flexible and managed everything to be convenient and pleasant for us. The room was clean, well appointed. The bed was extremely comptable (very rare in hotels in general). Also, the breakfast was really appreciated, you get exactly what you expect in a hotel : eggs, salmon, fresh exotic fruits, juices, breads, cheese, etc, etc. We recommend!

The location is 5 to 10 minutes from Zurich Central Station. Lost Münster Abbey and St. Peter's Church are also within walking distance along Lake Limmat The haired gentleman who is the manager of the hotel is also very kind. The lady who served me coffee in the morning was also kind. The bedding was clean and the breakfast was good.

We just have 1 bottle water free in 1 room for for 3 person, even we stayed for 3 night...only in the first night we had 1 bottle water free..We suggest that if posible give 1 bottle water for 1 person everyday/night...and the tissue just 1 box only 1 time for 3 nights staying. The hotel is a little away from the center (15~20 min by tram), plus 4min walk to the station. The check-in was quick, although in proper Swiss fashion the check-in time is only at 3pm. Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

Perfectly located within easy reach of the train station , major tourist attractions of the city and a large supermarket . Upon arrival we were cordially greeted by a receptionist with an absolutely lovely sense of humor. The hotel is small but it has all the things you’d need for a short stay. Will book again if we ever travel to Zurich again!

We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!
