1.早上到店前台找不到人辦入住定了9.30-10.01的住宿，9.30路上下雨堵車10.01早上6點多才到店，到店後前台沒有人，6:36開始打電話電話也在前台，找半天找不到人，後面無奈6:43打攜程客服電話，攜程客服幫忙聯繫才姍姍來遲，來了以後沒有絲毫抱歉的態度，説等了半天沒等到，人也找不到，從進門到前台出現，起碼有15-20分鐘，人家直接無所謂還略帶生氣的來一句：才幾分鐘嘛！態度差 2.房間很吵辦理入住，到了房間，準備睡覺休息，結果洗了澡躺在床上房間裏都是設備運行的噪音，以為是新風系統的聲音把新風系統開關關掉，還是噪音很大，可能房間就緊挨着其它的設備房，也沒做隔音處理吧，一夜沒睡的情況下，在這種噪音幹擾下還是很久才睡着。 3.大堂裝修確實很有特色，但是房間真的太吵了
