這次烏江寨住宿體驗實在讓人失望，900元一晚的價格完全配不上這樣的服務和條件。
當天抵達客棧時，房間還沒打掃好，我們衹好先去吃飯。回來找前台，繞了好幾圈才找到人，接待的男士態度傲慢得很。我把房間單子給他後，後來發現單子在兒子手裡，就隨口説了句沒還我，他立刻像被踩了尾巴一樣，瞪着眼睛沖我喊“大姐！我給你了！”，那態度差到讓人瞬間想退房！
進房就像開盲盒，我訂的是無陽台房型，房間昏暗壓抑。被子之類的床品看着不太乾淨，讓人心裏膈應。廁所的馬桶大得離譜，總擔心會掉進去；吹風機也特別劣質，吹不到3分鐘就熄火。更不方便的是，民宿連洗衣房都沒有，早餐也簡單得不像話。
平心而論，整個度假區的環境還不錯，青山綠水的，物價雖然偏高但還能接受。可就是這客棧的服務態度，簡直拉低了整個度假區的檔次，太影響心情了！

烏江寨景色宜人，很適合親子游、閨蜜遊。裏面的民宿酒店應該是統一管理吧，原來訂的吊腳樓民宿，給改到糖幫客棧臨江的標間了。雖然房價偏貴，但總體還算不錯，民宿早餐也還可以。最大的驚喜是送了一把小木梳！

民宿位置：在核心景區裏，去那裡都比較方但
房費包含了門票+早餐，其實比較划算
房間乾淨內乾淨整潔，位置在三樓，出房門就眺望到美麗的景色。
入住時在東門辦理入住，會有車送到民宿附近，民宿的管家會在車站等候，服務非常好。
我們原本訂衹住一個晚上，因為景色太美麗，表演太精彩了，就再續住一天。

寨子真的很美，寨中酒店統一管理也是個不錯的辦法，不想揹着行李的可以託運到各個酒店前台。寨子裏有接駁車供遊客使用，住客免費。房間古色古香，露台超喜歡。早餐用餐處也有露台，可以邊吃邊看風景。寨子活動很多，很開心的旅程。

和朋友訂的陽台房，視野很好。
旺季的時候建議在景區住一晚，可以早起感受安靜清幽的古寨。在晚上人多的七八點，點菜送到房間裏，坐在小陽台上吃，邊吃邊賞燈火。晚上等遊人散去，再出去欣賞夜景。
特別推薦民宿的早餐，辣子雞米粉，這個辣椒特別香，很驚艷。晚餐的乾煸四季豆也不錯。

雖然貴但感覺值得，陽台上視野很好可以看到核心表演區域，景區白天也有播放各種古風BGM沉浸感拉滿。無人機表演還是建議晚上7點半去景區指定區域看，更近效果也更好

設施：非常差，在這個城市800能訂到五星酒店，不值這個價格
衞生：房間裏有灰塵❗️❗️灰塵過敏的寶寶不要訂，衞生間裏一整個淋浴花灑衹有幾個孔出水，離譜了，我不是惡、評託。實事求是的評價。
環境：一羣大爺大媽的團體從晚上8點吵到凌晨四點，然後另外一羣大媽大爺從早上6點又開始吵。住一樓二樓的你有福氣了🙂我睡眠比較好衹睡3個半小時，其他你們自己看。打了三次電話：1）前台弄不清我在哪個吊腳樓好好笑。2）説是派工作人員去勸了，結果沒有任何反應，該吵還是吵，甚至出了酒店一整條街都能聽到。3）我不知道這個地方人怎麼樣，但是服務態度散漫，前台經常沒有人。4）多數工作人員是本地人，説話帶很嚴重的口音。來的團也是本地的川渝貴地區的人（具體哪一個不清楚説的是四川話調），工作人員更偏向幫助貴川渝地區的團隊，以至於放縱這些人吵到凌晨四點。而對我的提議和意見絲毫不理睬，衹是表面平平淡淡的説抱歉，沒有任何其它，好似在説我不住有的是人住。4）這個酒店入住要爬半個大大大的坡，設計非常不人性化。5）房間裏沒有杯子，衹有一個喝茶的小小小的杯子。後續和前台工作人員反饋，工作人員説：“我們這裏都是都是這樣的”。我請問一件基礎的民宿和酒店不應該給客人準備150ml-200ml玻璃杯喝水嗎？6）再次強調，態度非常差，懈怠，怠慢，糟糕無比。
