I speak no Chinese. There was one individual Webb elite was a manager that was very helpful throughout my stay. He had let others along my route know in advance that I would be coming in to assist me. It was very kind of him. It made staying there for less stressful. It’s a very beautiful place to be. In terms of location. It is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is. It is so far out of the city. It took an hour each way to stay there. But once there it was outstanding.

Great service and amenities. Breakfast has loads of option from cereal to noodles to dimsum. The only downside is it seems to be the furthest hotel to the main area (15 mins walk) but we like its quietness. There’s lots to explore along the way, optionally shuttle bus at demand.

Complaint room toilet smelled and was upgraded to another room with a balcony. Live the size of tge room.
Service was exceptional. The best hotel I have stayed so far.

The hotel is 800 meters away from the core scenery. I ran around the scenic area in the morning. It was very quiet and the scenery was very beautiful! There is a tower on the mountain opposite the hotel. You can go and try it.

All vehicles must park in the plaza outside the visitor center. This hotel is located inside the village. You must complete your formalities at the visitor center, then enter the village for free. You can take the free tour bus to the hotel and then pick up your room key at the front desk. We booked a king-size room, but upon arrival, the front desk told us we were upgraded to a suite for free. What luck!
The hotel's breakfast was amazing, with so many delicious options. It was delicious!

This hotel stay truly exceeded our expectations and was definitely the biggest surprise of our trip! The service was impeccable—from getting off the bus to checking in, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing we had children with us, they even thoughtfully upgraded our room, which was a real bonus.
The room and the hotel's overall design are incredibly charming, incorporating strong ethnic influences, creating a truly immersive experience. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I especially recommend the noodle stall. The soup with matsutake mushrooms was incredibly delicious, and with all sorts of toppings to choose from, every bite was incredibly satisfying.
The only minor downside was that the hair dryer in the room wasn't very effective. A better one would have been perfect. Overall, however, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

Wake up to the sound of birds in the morning, open the curtains to the green mountains, and admire the Zhongde Miao Village in the morning mist. The hotel is a five-star experience, comfortable, clean, and quiet, with complete and convenient facilities. The breakfast was so rich that I skipped lunch. 😅 The shuttle bus is plentiful and convenient, so getting to the scenic area only takes a minute or two. If you don't have the budget for a Miao King, Mushan is the king of value.
