五一出遊訂的，有一個房間一晚上沒電，打電話到前台，派了個樓層的阿姨過來以為是房卡沒插的原因，然後就沒人管了，一直沒電也沒有跟換房間，第二天早上起來洗漱還是沒電，又打電話才安排了人過來弄了將近半個小時，後來問前台這種情況怎麼處理，説了一聲不好意思就沒解決方案了，這麼大一個酒店服務態度都沒有一個我又打電話問他們，然後説稍後他們經理聯繫我，之後是有經理聯繫我了，處理的方案是因為有一個房間的地毯上弄臟了，考慮到是一起預訂的，就説沒有收我清潔費，用這個事推卸責任，最起碼當天房間沒電你可以提供一個有電的房間，萬一客人因為沒電起來上廁所摔倒了後果就嚴重了，一碼歸一碼，如果確實達到了需要清潔費我也會給，衹是你們這種服務態度很不好

這是第2次住這個酒店，上一次衹是簡單過個夜，所以沒有什麼體會。 這一次入住整體都還不錯，早餐也是非常豐富，但是有一點讓我覺得很扣分的事情。 我預訂的時候上面寫的很清楚，是有免費的接送站，正好這一次沒有開車，所以就打電話諮詢是否有免費的接送站。前台接電話之後説沒有，我説攜程上面顯示有，後面他又説這個不歸他們管要轉到禮賓部，禮賓部繞一大圈，找了一個理由説車子全部借出去了沒辦法接送。😂 這麼大一個酒店，沒有辦法提供的服務就不用寫出來，那寫出來了就要去把它做好。雖然這個影響不到我的出行，但是真的會讓人覺得心裏很不舒服，體驗感大大打折。

和朋友一起到遵義旅遊，酒店挺不錯的，周邊交通便利，打車也方便，旁邊的購物中心挺大，房間的話寬敞明亮，前台叫陳蘭的接待服務態度挺好，送了些小禮品，推薦的粵式餐廳味道不錯 下次來還會住這裏

是朋友推薦來住的，説環境服務都不錯，來住了以後的確還是可以的，尤其前台辦理入住時候，還會温馨提示最近天氣狀況。前台妹妹小莫和小黃，還幫忙送了水果和行李。下次還來！

酒店非常大氣，客房衞生也做的很到位，辦理入住時，前台小莫還贈送了水果，離店也贈送了小禮品。是一次不錯的入住體驗！！！
