我訂了兩間房，一間雙人間，一間大床房，給我通過了之後，後面看到大床房的價格低了沒有聯繫我就以客房滿客為由給我自動退了（平台聯繫店家都説了他們沒有滿房），本來就是人多定在一個地方，既然取消了一間，那我肯定不可能在這裏住，後面我取消雙人間店家也不給同意，聯繫平台，平台也和他們溝通了兩次都不同意，已經打12315投訴了，就看他們怎麼處理了。
