房間特別小，根本沒平台上看到的大，特是廁所小得可憐，沒有浴巾和礦泉水，最氣人的是11點就開催退房，電梯口像垃圾場，還不能退房。氣**

我訂了兩間房，一間雙人間，一間大床房，給我通過了之後，後面看到大床房的價格低了沒有聯繫我就以客房滿客為由給我自動退了（平台聯繫店家都説了他們沒有滿房），本來就是人多定在一個地方，既然取消了一間，那我肯定不可能在這裏住，後面我取消雙人間店家也不給同意，聯繫平台，平台也和他們溝通了兩次都不同意，已經打12315投訴了，就看他們怎麼處理了。
