I had a great stay at the Hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and the first time was really great. The second time around wasn’t. I found dirty socks in the side drawer. There were no gowns in the room. The carpet wasn’t properly swept. But it was an ok stay. The service was ok. Had a disagreement with the reception guy as he wouldn’t allow my girl friend in the room, but allowed my guy friend in as he spoke to the manager and could speak Chinese ( both foreigners). I stay in my room most of the time, so I couldn’t really enjoy their amenities. That’s on me. The breakfast was ok. Mostly Chinese style. The location was great because it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

酒店位置挺不錯的，出了門口四通八達，打車很方便，還有機器人服務，整體衞生很乾凈，前廳小妹妹挺好的，到了大廳噓寒問暖，特別的暖心，剛好遇到降温，大廳有準備薑茶，很不錯的酒店，這是我們住的雙床，值得推薦（๑＞◡＜๑）👍🏻

房間位置很好，下樓走幾十米就到港澳廣場，到會議會址坐公交車需要半小時，樓下很熱鬧，早餐種類多

為了滿足我們入住安靜房間的需求，值班經理給我們免費提升了房型，住到了較高樓層，避免了低層的街道噪音。另外還有服務人員主動告知我們最好打車去遵義會議紀念館以免堵車和停車困難，我們實際出行時深感她的提醒減少了我們好大的麻煩。還有服務人員在我們出遊回來主動問是否再多拿兩瓶水上樓。酒店早餐也較豐富，停車也算方便。我們很高興在遵義選擇了宜尚。

酒店的位置很好，老城的核心區域，出行和就餐方便，距遵義會議會址和撈沙巷等地方不遠。房間的配套完善，整潔乾淨，空調效果好，早餐中規中矩。值得一提的是，酒店人員的服務超過了酒店本身的定位，比我住過的一些五星級酒店服務水平還好，尤其是前台的小蘇和酒店值班的趙經理，基本上是同級酒店服務的天花板。我們離開酒店時，不小心把寵物烏龜落下了，趙經理熱情迴應幫忙尋找並主動幫我們餵養兩週，深表感謝！以後到遵義，肯定再住宜尚。推薦！

酒店乾淨衞生，壞境也很好，就是晚上對着大街有點聲音，不過酒店放了防噪耳塞，服務員熱情，早餐的阿姨很熱情，吃的很舒服，建議這樣大的酒店多配一個洗衣機，再配個烘乾機就更完美了，傳統簡易烘乾衣服的架子等很久，費時間。

本打算去梵凈山的，實在不願排隊，來了遵義，讓孩子看看在中國近代歷史上有重要一筆的城市，酒店和前幾天熱門景點訂的酒店比性價比超高，服務很棒。送餐的機器人很可愛。
