高大上的四星級酒店，設施和服務都是一流的，客房寬大，自帶温泉浴缸，酒店樓頂的旋轉餐廳是本店的第一大看點，早餐時，一邊欣賞着日出，一邊享用美食，俯瞰遵化美麗的城市，感覺無與倫比，爽呆啦！唯一的不足是，電視機年頭太久了，色彩與清晰度太差。

設施完整，齊全，硬件設施強，衞生乾淨，整潔，環境不錯，尤其是早餐（26層旋轉餐廳）很是吸引人白眼球，早餐熱菜太少，服務態度好，前台各位接待員服務到位，態度和藹，感到賓至如歸，客房部送的歡迎水果很新鮮可口。

房間很大也很乾凈，累了一天泡泡温泉非常舒服，泡完身上滑滑的應該是真的温泉水，唯一不足就是水温不是很熱，晚上入住太晚跑完就直接睡覺了，第二天問了前台才知道是可以找服務員幫忙解決的，早餐睡過了沒吃上，家人去吃的説是很豐盛，餐廳服務人員也很熱情，退房時前台還貼心的送了我們3瓶礦泉水，總之體驗很好，如果下次有機會還會選擇這裏！
