It was such an unpleasant night. When we arrived at the hotel, we suddenly received a call saying that the room we booked was sold out. It was unbelievable. How could it be sold out after we had already booked it? Then they asked us to pay extra to upgrade to a suite. Isn't this a disguised price increase? It was such an unpleasant night. The air conditioner didn't work well either. The room was really cold! Fortunately, Ctrip helped us solve the problem in the end.
