前台不專業 客人到店辦理入住 不站起來接待 訂的雙人房 還給開的大床房 上去後又下來更換😓
房間熱水忽冷忽熱 蓬頭的水大小不勻 房間還有小蟲子😱 放遙控器的盒子真是臟啊 一層灰屑 要不是地理位置還可以 不會選擇入住 望酒店管理層要重視管理

住幾晚，不是沒熱水，就是沒空調，衞生差，服務更差，明天住其它酒店了，有是花灑壞這樣的酒店早點關閉

樅陽縣城的地標級建築，風格可以説是足夠的星級酒店標準，房間整體也是絕對的星級配置，當然新潮人類可能會覺得不符合他們簡潔的要求，因為純粹的商務酒店就是這種風格，也不可能按照您的心裏，真按照您的心裏標準，是做不了星級標準酒店的。
早餐也很豐富，建議來樅陽玩的朋友入住

房間礦泉水不夠喝了，要了2瓶，前台結賬時居然要收錢！太差勁了！！！人家酒店都是隨便送的，又喝不了多少，為了這點小錢一下子對酒店印象差到極點了！

這算是縣城裡比較高檔的酒店了吧，周邊老城區，環境還是比較安靜。但是前台的態度讓人有些陌生，説話都不抬眼看客人，有一種愛住不住不住拉倒的感覺，體驗感很不舒服。
服務行業這個態度，確實很不理解，到底是什麼原因？是酒店管理還是人的問題呢？
有些無語，以後出差再不會去住了！

前台有一個人像誰欠她幾個億一樣，長的不*，問她事情，續個房，都是黑個臉，説話就像剛剛吃槍子了一個樣，房間一點點不隔音，隔壁説悄悄話都可以聽見，一晚上在房間裏聚會喝酒的，吵到下半夜小三點，洗澡噴頭壞的都不換，以後再也不去了
