Mona Plaza Zlatibor Reviews

This is a resort area. People come here to ski. There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me.

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

The location is very good, the room is also very large, I like this hotel very much, and the hotel's breakfast is more suitable for me. It's great, I will stay in this hotel next time I come to play, I like it very much.

Cant believe people smoke indoor near the breakfast area, I’m very sensitive to it and although it’s the room next door, I could still smell it Breakfast was ok but the things are very salty Location is perfectly situated downtown, there’s also a supermarket nearby Room is decent size ok for a night Toiletries were just standard Drainage in shower was bad although the water pressure is good There was some sort of concert even at midnight went to the reception and asked if I could move rooms. She gave me the same corridor side which faces even closer to wherever that was, she initially said she and her colleagues could not hear the music, like you could just literally step outside and hear it. Anyway I needed fresh cool air in the room but with the loud music I can’t sleep so I asked if she could help do something about the air conditioning. She said she will switch the air con for me but after 15 minutes there’s nothing. I called again and it was after a 3 minutes explanation she finally sent her colleague up to check and obviously it was faulty. He finally fixed it in 5 mins. So here comes the next part where I went to bed happily although I could still hear the music (like no one in the neighbour complained to the police??) I woke up in the middle of the night and guess what my room was 28 degrees hot! I told her to switch the system off cuz it’s way too hot, she said she thought I needed heating in the room thus turn the heating in my room. I gave up arguing. Why would I need to open the window if I needed hot air (it was around 13 outside at night) duh!

This is a good hotel with really great service and very well located. Almost every year we spend some time in this area, usually during the winter, but sometimes also during the summer season. Whenever we come, Mona is the best choice to stay.

Really uncomfortable beds. Nice breakfast but overcrowded during this period of time. Poor sleep you can hear everything in the room. Considering other hotels around I will probably change for the next time. I get used to Mona and never checked around since the last time when we couldn't sleep.

Went for new years eve upon arrival our food was packed cold as we arrived at night imagine eating fries bit if chicken all cold. Gala night food was disgrace cold as well had to pay for water music was so loud table was vibrating we told them but they didn't do nothing We couldent talk our ears were hurting! So we left Rooms not soundproof Its 12.30 and music is still blurring away in serbian Btw gala night was for serbian tourist even though the most of us were outside country tourist we asked for some english music as well but 4 nothing only staff were good In 1 word never again !

Always good, decent and clean rooms, food is amazing. Good location with parking, regular cleaning etc. Everything is well organised, the conference, food and drinks, everyrhing. Employees of the hotel are friendly and ready to help you with anything. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need with dexent furniture.

Comfortable room, helpful receptionists, good food and clean hotel. Everything was well organised. Having tea in the hotel is a treat. A minimarket is found just opposite the hotel and a money exchange just down the road.

Central location excellent value for money, outstanding service and above all young but very well trained and highly professional staff. We stayed only one night but plan on returning as we did not have time to take advantage of full range of services

Service is amazing... late check possible and even not been charged. Breakfast excellent. Location couldnt be better. Parking available (charged but not much). Nice Spa area, even a bar available in the Spa.
