前台女士服務極差，根本不是看預訂的房型來給房間，而是看付款價格來房間，不想參加活動就不參加，我有券是我的事，跟我最總付款價格有什麼關係，還有淋浴間壓根沒打掃，上一位房客用的空瓶的洗護用品還在地上

特別差，是我外出入住酒店最差的一次，很舊很破，牆上是漏水印的牆都濕了，牆上很臟，水壺不能燒水，廁所抽風機壞的，周圍修路還找不到酒店入口，服務也很差，我還沒給別人差評過，這次特別差！

這個酒店是一個縣城裡的賓館，感覺還不錯，酒店氛圍很好，但前台服務一般，且業務不太熟悉，房間設施還可以，沒有早餐，但酒店緊靠大山，晚上的景色宜人，在旁邊吃了涮鍋，熱壞了
