這個平台服務也是最差的，也最不講誠信，和這家酒店也是最不講誠信的，我訂完單，然後臨時有事，我取消取消不了，結果就不承認退，我也沒有去入住，到現在打電話説是退一半，這種不要的平台和這個***的酒店還在用這一家後注意

服務態度很差！房間裏遙控器都沒電池，前台也不來弄，空調簡直跟沒有的一樣冷**，冷水沒有熱水更是沒有，給前台説前台直接是愛答不理的，中午十點過出門吃東西還沒到退房時間都叫我付房費了。避雷避雷！！！！
