1.住的六樓熱水供應衹要60升，稍微洗慢點就變冷水了，差評。
2.前台説是2噸之前退房，但是房卡在11點就無效了，如果11點之前出去吃東西再回來取行李就打不開門了。

客房態度差得要死，還沒到時間呢就在門口敲門説她們忙打掃衞生，還沒到退房時間呢，前後敲了兩三次一直在催，因為點了龍蝦在裏面吃有點味道，還沒進去呢就在那陰陽怪氣的説在裏面吃*了嗎，住過最差的酒店
