這次清明假期出行入住體驗感較差，酒店周邊沒什麼娛樂配套設施，環境也一般。唯一的好處就是房間內有麻將機，門外有個小院子可以燒烤，是免費提供燒烤架和炭的。
晚上睡覺洗漱時才發現沒有牙刷，梳子，廁紙，因為晚了也不想打擾人家，我們就沒去要。第二天早上八點半起來還停電了，早上天氣又冷開不了空調，而且孩子要喝奶也沒熱水去兑奶，帶着兩孩子去吃早餐，服務員説因為停電沒法做，她也沒辦法就給我們道歉，也沒有給出一些解決方案。好吧，沒辦法衹能被迫一早退房先帶孩子出去吃早餐，退房時才説如果能等叫我們等等他們去買早餐了，早的時候不説，退房才説，那時候都快十點了孩子都餓了那等得了。交了按金200，説查房後退我，後來給我發消息説少了一塊小毛巾，開始我還以為孩子是不是放在床上了我叫他們找找，後來我問我老公他就明確的説房間內本來就只有一塊小毛巾，因為服務的疏忽，他們少這樣少那樣的，差點還以為是我們弄掉了，最後我把這次入住體驗發生的事情找到攜程的客服去反饋，他們去協商下來給我優惠了88，200按金也退給我了。最後老闆還打電話給我還很不高興的問我為什麼申通退款88，早餐一個人才十塊。自己酒店沒管理好，服務的疏忽，發生停電問題我也沒怪你們，你們也不願意，但是客人早餐問題能否早一點就解決先去買，或者給予一些早餐費的補償，為什麼要到退房才説呢。經過這次體驗以後入住酒店一定自己先查好房，酒店少的東西早一點給他們反饋免得惹一些不必要的麻煩。
