The room hygiene and environment are good, but the air conditioner is quite noisy, and there is a huge noise every time it stops. Then this morning there was no hot water in the hotel, and there was no notice from the hotel, and the front desk staff did not apologize at all. They just said that the problem was under repair. When checking out, other guests in the room also called to inquire, and the front desk asked, "What do you want us to do?" The way the hotel handles these problems still needs improvement.
