房間的大小，衞生都不想説，關鍵是這個有棋牌的房間，麻將打了晚上2點多，11點多就電話前台説了，結果完全沒解決到任何問題，隔壁麻將房間拖椅子的聲音，齊牌的聲音，麻將掉地上的聲音，對於晚上11點多來説簡直就是巨響，整晚崩潰，我從來沒想到過住的房間隔壁居然可以麻將打到了凌晨2點多，前台還很有自信的説我們本來就有麻將房，這態度真的是老闆本尊

第一，辦理入住的時候，因為沒帶身份證，要輸入訊息，要弄電子身份證，前**氣很不客氣。似乎添加了他的工作量。第二，臘月寒冬，這種氣温條件下，洗澡洗到一半，沒有熱水。這都不要緊，我提出換個房間，前台説那不行，一個人怎麼能住兩個房間。第三，我很客氣地説“我要投訴”前台説，投訴，你投訴也沒用。“店大欺客”
