房間寬敞明亮，床睡着舒服，小區很安靜，房間乾淨衞生，位置就在聖樺名城小區裏面，問下保安很快就找到了，大門口有很多吃的，，60塊的價格我是非常滿意了，最後讓人意外的是這個價格還有飲用水哦，/

衞生不太好，味道大，要開空調還要再給錢，用他們放的浴巾還要給5元。那麼大的房間連桌子和椅子都沒有。蚊蟲很多，房子一點都不隔音。空調是單獨的電錶，這種最容易安攝像頭了。不安全

地址很好找，民宿乾淨衞生，有專業保潔打掃，浴巾都是用的一次性的，這點我特別滿意，還有一次性四件套可以提供，這對有潔癖的我來説太棒啦 ！總體不錯，推薦

住宿體驗很不好。房間裏蚊子很多，一晚上被咬了好幾個包，根本無法安心入睡，睡前噴了驅蚊液也無濟於事。房間裏蚊香液空了也不補。其次，房間隔音效果極差，半夜隔壁開關門聲聽得一清二楚，嚴重影響休息。床上的枕頭有一股異味。花了這麼多錢，結果住得這麼糟心，以後再也不會來了，也不推薦大家踩雷！

從來沒差評過，這個要差評。5.0評分怎麼來的。一：空調不提供沒事，但又提沒有説明可以掃碼開空調，凌晨一點熱醒，因為是一樓，又不好開窗，開窗簾，給老闆打電話不接，出去待了兩小時。二：肯定不是新開業賓館，房間設施很明顯的陳舊，為什麼顯示新開業。三：開發票他要我找平台，平台顯示讓店家開
