Ziyang Bear Run Hotel

Very bad, very, very bad experience. The hotel arrived at 14:30 and checked in at 22:00. The reason was that the room price could not be cleaned! There were a lot of people arguing in the lobby. I negotiated with the hotel to arrange a dirty room. I wanted to change clothes and go to the amusement park first. As a result, I came out after changing and found the hotel and they said that the tickets were used up. They asked me to wait again... I waited for almost 40 minutes before I got the money. I arrived at 2:30 and entered the amusement park at 5 o'clock. I returned to the hotel at 19:40 and the room was not arranged for us. Ctrip customer service kept urging me. The child was shivering from the cold water, so we had no choice but to go to the dirty room to bathe the child and change clothes. It was not until 22:05 that Ctrip customer service continued to work hard to arrange the room we booked.

Very suitable for family outings, and also free tickets for two adults and one child of Water World. The experience is great, the children like it very much, highly recommended

I bought it on Ctrip, but it was more expensive than **. The key point is that the ticket for Water World is 2 big and 1 small, and it ended up being 2 big. I also paid for the ticket myself. The explanation is that the 1 small is (1 channel)

酒店外觀內裏都非常漂亮，房間很大，雙床房是1.5米的床，我們一家4個人訂了2間，每個房間都有陽台，視野很開闊。房間裏東西也很齊全，還有一個方特的手提袋。早餐很豐盛，麪包種類多，水果很甜。體驗感很好，下次再來。

這次的旅行體驗是非常的好的，首先就是酒店的這個環境也是非常的漂亮優美，管理也非常的到位，然後特別是前台的服務也是非常的有禮貌服務，特別好，特別是前台李香非常的温柔，然後這次早餐也是非常的好吃，下次我還會來到這個酒店

看起價格貴，但送了陸地樂園和水世界兩日門票，我覺得還是蠻划算的，孩子特別喜歡這個高低床…環境因為是新酒店，還是乾乾淨淨的。不足確實也是沒得商店，有時候想買點飲料啊，吃的啊啥也沒有，要開車去資陽市區。硬件我覺得沒啥問題，反而是服務什麼的，有點惱火，尤其是遇到有點神的住客，啥子鼓搗喊送票啊，送早餐券啊，緊到囉嗦，相當耽誤後面排隊的時間，怪不得入住要排隊，前台處理也不夠靈活和及時。我還發現一個bug，餐廳有道門可以直接進去，不開腔就可以免費吃飯…還是要加強管理啊
