新開的酒店，距離方特水世界一街之隔，非常方便。酒店房間很寬敞，主題都是很可愛的風格，小朋友非常喜歡。餐廳的菜品也很在線。酒店工作人員也很幫忙，我們早餐的時候掉了一個充電寶也能順利幫我們找到。

非常糟糕，非常非常糟糕的體驗。下14:30到的酒店22點才辦理好入住。理由就是房價打掃不出來！大廳堆積了一堆人都在吵架，跟酒店協商安排了一間臟房間想着換個衣服先去遊樂場玩，結果換完了出來找酒店説是票用完了。又讓等…等了快40分鐘才有錢，2:30到的5點才進到遊樂園。19:40回到酒店房間都還沒有給我們安排。攜程客服也一直幫我催。小孩玩了水冷的發抖，沒辦法我們又去到臟屋給孩子洗澡換衣服，直到22:05分經過攜程的客服不斷努力才給我們安排了訂的房間。

酒店設施設備各方面都非常好，但是前台和禮賓服務超級無敵拉胯，別想在他們身上得到一分讓人舒適且主動的服務，簡直絕了，誰去誰知道，可以吐槽出500字小作文…，表揚酒店客房和工程部，服務很快還送了一個空氣凈化器，及時幫助解決問題，這兩星給他們的不然0.5都不想給，酒店是沒有車去園裡的，步行帶娃估計得走八到十分鐘，房間和過道裝修味道特別重，膠水摻雜着複合木板和其他的味道，房間味道或許久了可以清除，但是服務真的超級敗好感，建議酒店真的好好培訓一下吧！！！！

帶娃入住這家酒店太值了！酒店滿是熊大、熊二元素，親子房佈置童趣十足，小童拖鞋、牙刷等用品齊全，孩子一進門就挪不開眼。步行過馬路便可到方特，贈送的雙日無限次門票超划算。工作人員熱情貼心，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛，親子家庭閉眼沖！

酒店外觀大氣，訂的親子房，停車很方便，走段路就到方特。説下需要提高的方面嘛，酒店工作人員説方特9點開門，我們是8點30分過去，結果10點才開門，園區也太扯了，幾點開門不提前通知客户，不公佈官網上，看心情的嗎。酒店房間味道重，剛裝修，抽屜也有味道，衞生間排水不暢，比較慢。有很多實習生吧，問了問題後表情木訥，不清楚，請酒店老闆加強下培訓吧。

親子房加三人兩天入園性價比非常高，在秋假滿房的情況下還升級了親子套房，酒店服務不錯，早餐中規中矩。房間很乾凈，不過因為是新酒店，還是有一點裝修的味道，唯一不足就是周邊沒什麼吃的不能點外賣，酒店也沒有提供房間點餐。
