我4月14日訂的雙人標間（有窗），5月1日晚上入住時，把我訂的房子不知道給誰了，給我安排的是樓梯下改裝的房子，沒有窗子，還漏風，衞生間上面外面人直接可以看到，豪無私隱可言。當我維權時，出來個彪形大漢，直接要打我，要我退房，紫陽當天遊客眾多，根本再訂不到房子，我受盡了侮辱，戰戰兢兢度過了一夜。純粹是黑店。
