理解五一剛過房間打掃慢，下午一點半房間還沒打掃好，但是搞完衞生的床單上有鞋印子，跟搞衞生的阿姨説阿姨回覆久了是這樣的沒辦法，我讓阿姨換一張阿姨讓我自己找到乾淨的就給我換哈，服了印子還是在枕頭下，房間一股味道從進去就是一股煙味一樣，之後就有一股廁所發酵的味道，開了空調也有，還有蚊子，一個晚上被咬醒幾次

環境差就算了好歹也衞生做好點，一進門連吐槽都不想吐槽，地板臟被子跟床套也都很不乾淨，廁所就更不用説了，一開門進來那發黴的味很重，接近500的酒店住的真不是一般的暈

房間設施佈置和地理位置還可以。
衞生做的不夠仔細，洗漱台的縫隙，有很多污漬沒擦，馬桶裏麪也有污漬沒刷乾淨。
地板上有很多煙頭燙過的痕跡，床單被子有一股煙味。
窗户縫和玻璃沒擦，有很多灰塵。
沒有一次性拖鞋。
總體可以打個四分。

房間住起來很舒服，沒有其他民宿那種刺鼻消毒水味，設施方面也是滿滿的細節，空調地暖配有加濕器，泡池配有浴鹽蠟燭，窗台櫃也準備了幾本書供閲讀，屋內的原木風和秋天也很搭。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊餐飲和購物都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，但房間比較小，酒店沒有早餐。

房間設施還不錯 但是與23年底相比毛巾無單獨包裝 （圖一）發現酒店無一次性拖鞋時 問阿姨要一次性拖鞋時有點不耐煩 床上布草有破損 浴室洗手盆沒有擦乾淨 查房時應該發現的問題也沒有發現 晚上發現麻將機有問題時打電話給前台 來房間查看的客房部工作人員沒有敲門程序 培訓不到位 兩個人在房間裏 在我提出如果麻將機要是有問題就換房的問題沒有做回答 最後雖然是搞好了但是若需要調試可以説稍等一下 不可以就換房 什麼都不説是什麼意思 服務態度差 早上七點在我休息期間莫名其妙有個電話打到房間裏 也沒有説明是客房的工作人員 還是其他 直接就是質問的語氣 你們是不是抽煙了？請問酒店內工作人員怎麼能知道我是否在房間裏抽煙 早上七點本是休息時間 一個電話打來嚴重影響了我的休息 上一次入住對酒店挺滿意的 這一次我認為十分不滿意 無論是服務態度還是衞生都十分差勁👎
