Very friendly hostess, and beautiful rooms with a great view. Only issue was the toilet was a bit cramped.

五一假期最滿意的一次住宿，房間兩面落地窗，屋頂也能打開，無敵江景房。5樓安靜，睡覺踏實。樓下就是小區，可以沿江散步到小東江。老闆娘人美心善，給我兒子拿了葯膏擦傷口，推薦好吃的餐廳，親自開車6點半送我們到小東江。最最最重要的是衞生打理的一塵不染，馬桶墊細節到位，毛巾和沐浴露洗髮水也是5星酒店都沒有的品質。我兒子回來一直捨不得走，因為裏面投影儀看動畫片體驗很新奇。
下次有機會來郴州還住這。

在一個比較新的小區裏面 一棟小別墅的兩層 裝修什麼的都比較新 風景確實很不錯 房間裝修也很漂亮 美中不足的是廁所衞生沒有那麼乾淨 馬桶上面有上一個留下的毛… 但是老闆人很好 就沒説了 但是我自己對衞生是比較介意的 一次性馬桶墊跟馬桶不太匹配 套不上 最後也沒用
其他整體都還可以吧 老闆很友善 有什麼需要的基本都會提供 服務還可以 但是附近外賣沒那麼方便 建議老闆可以提供早餐服務 衞生還可以再細緻點 定價有點小貴 460-480左右感覺比較合適

整體很棒，下次來還會選擇這家民宿，我們大概晚上七八點到的，停車場也很多空位，不擔心沒位置，地理位置也很好，非常適合自駕的朋友們！
房間也很乾凈，因為跟朋友一起來的，定了三間房，每一件都很乾凈衞生。我們自己住的是帶陽台的那個房間，早上風景絕美！非常安利！！！
老闆娘會問我們幾點到達，幫我們提前開好空調，到達後還給我們切了西瓜，非常感謝！
