設施：還行就是水有點冷
衞生：床上有污漬，拖鞋很臟
環境：風景很美距離碼頭1公里走過去就可以吃飯
服務：前台沒人，直接拿房卡自助入住。山景免費升湖景，雖然洗澡水有點冷，但是風景真的很美

但是房間的插座衹有一個是有點電的
洗澡的水不夠熱
網絡不好
廁所的抽風是壞的
經協商老闆給換到了湖景房，房間對東江湖可以加分。
這裏環境挺好
總體來説，不過不失吧，都有民宿的特色，也有民宿的缺點。

這裏的環境太宜人了，簡直如仙境一般！讓人心情特別舒暢。感覺整個人都放鬆了，民宿的前台好熱情周到得像自家人，什麼問題都能幫你解決。我問老闆附近有啥好吃的，他立馬詳細地給我介紹起來，真的很貼心呀！民宿的位置也不錯，出行特別方便，我想去的地方都很近，住這裏太方便了，這家民宿我真的太滿意了，下次還來，一定還來！

老闆人好，原本我們訂的不是湖景房，現在淡季，免費為我們升級了湖景房，一覽無遺的江景，很舒服，就是熱水不怎麼熱，晚上氣温比較低，洗澡有點冷。湖景美，感覺這邊像世外桃源，很謐靜，適合休息的時候過了放鬆心情。

位置蠻好的，老闆人蠻好，面對湖景，晚上很安靜，隔壁村子有個廣播，下午五六點會放廣播很有年代感～環境也很好，主要視野開闊，還有三衹小狗很熱情哈哈哈哈哈。

本次郴州行住的最滿意的地方，就在湖邊上，個人認為比洱海好玩的多。
衞生：民宿使用的衞浴設施和床墊都很棒 酒店標準
整體環境也很棒，民宿在景區中心，臨水 出門就方湖邊。
交通很方便，自帶的停車場大約能停20輛 完全不擔心沒地兒停。
總之是一個來了還會再來的地方。
