這家民宿簡直是旅行中的小驚喜！從預訂時房東就特別貼心，提前發了詳細的入住指引，包括路線、密碼鎖使用方法，還推薦了附近超地道的小吃店，完全不用費心做攻略。房間佈置得特別温馨，像家一樣舒服，各種小擺件看得出來房東很用心。採光超棒，早上拉開窗簾就能曬到太陽，晚上還能看到星星。衞生做得也到位，床單被褥乾淨清爽。性價比比酒店高太多，住得舒心又自在，下次來肯定還選這兒，已經推薦給朋友啦！

特別愉快的入住體驗，到郴州的當天老闆説可以升房型，到了之後親自帶我們去民宿，並且給我們介紹景區遊玩點，在老闆這裏訂票也很靠譜，晚上打麻將還提醒我們早點睡哈哈，真的很nice！房間都很乾凈，有一次性用品，而且民宿有免費停車位，到東江湖景區就走路幾百米距離，總之挺推薦的，謝謝老闆招待～

這裏離景區很近，走路過去就幾百米，正是因為這點在網上看好了價錢也很便宜，但不知停車是否方便就直接開車過來了，找到地點後，看了一下房間，停車也還方便（就在門前路邊），準備訂房時就發現之前看好的房一下子就不能定了，由於地點還滿意，就還是定了一套貴的房間，這裏温度還是很不錯舒服的，晚上開窗睡都不用開空調，衹是臨街有些吵，怕吵的需注意了，周邊吃飯也很方便。

老闆説在一線街道，這房子貨不對板，不是在一線街道，而是在裏面出租房，陰暗還要爬樓梯，就像出租房裡6個房間，大夥公用一個客廳，沒有服務人員，而且超級不隔音，設施破舊不堪，廁所透明玻璃隔斷連接外面客廳，殘舊電熱水器，時冷時熱，還把身體燙傷，單間的房沒有其它設施，超級差差差！！

兩家人暑假出遊，訂了一間雙床房一間大床，兩間房間都很乾凈，床墊枕頭挺舒服的，離服務中心步行幾分鐘就到了，可以找店家幫忙訂各景點門票，這次由於天氣關係出了小狀況，老闆很給力全部幫忙搞定了，服務態度挺好的！性價比挺高！
