My first negative review ever to this place! Invincible rubbish hotel, rubbish service. 1. When checking in with a friend, you want to live on the same floor. The front desk refused and said that the rooms were already full and we could only have one on the 2nd floor and one on the 7th floor. So I checked in on the second floor. When I entered the room, I was "shocked" by the environment. Are prices so high in Zixing? I pay more than 700 a night and can only stay in this kind of garbage? The room is on the second floor, with 360-degree glass windows surrounding the street. "Invincible view", once I open the curtains, I will have no privacy, and all activities will be watched by the people on the street? Let a talented designer live in a room like this. After I called the front desk to complain, I was told that I could change to a room on the 6th floor. Are there rooms now? It's outrageous and has no credibility. So at first I thought I was being deceived by arranging such a rubbish room... 2. Speaking of service, I called the front desk to ask for some ice cubes, and the ice cubes sent by my aunt are as shown below. This is the first time I have seen a hotel deliver ice cubes on trays like this, completely in contact with the air. It is conceivable that the awareness of hygienic environment is very worrying. What’s even funnier is that no tweezers are provided for the ice cubes, so guests are allowed to grab them with their hands? Is this the service of a 4-star hotel? 3. The room facilities are also very worrying. The toilet button didn't work, so I had to flush it several times to ensure it worked. Stayed for one night and was miserable. Finally, I would like to say that the front desk who helped me check in on the evening of October 2nd had a very bad attitude. It was torture to talk to her and she had no sense of service. I suggest the hotel train its employees. After staying for one night, I no longer had a good impression of the city of Chenzhou, so I fled overnight.

The hotel is in a resort. The hotel is relatively new overall. The environment and service attitude of the staff are very friendly and timely. The landscape of the hotel is very beautiful. Facing Dongjiang Lake, the air is fresh and the viewing angle is wide. It is a good place for vacation and leisure.

As the only international chain in the Bailang Scenic Area, the service quality is still good. The scenery is very good. Although the facilities and equipment are a bit outdated, they are still well maintained and very clean! The view is unparalleled! Super satisfied, the hotel is in a good location, facing Dongjiang Lake, with beautiful scenery. There is also a swimming pool and outdoor bar downstairs. The hotel lobby has a Chinese style, more like the check-in lobby of the Andaz Hotel.
