獨幢別墅，房間與圖片描述一致，挺大，去東江湖挺近，在郴州行五天內住了四間酒店及民宿，這是性價比不高的，偏貴，衞生欠佳，入住床上壁燈還掛着之前客人的襪子，好感度下降。

帶孩子從歐洲回國探親，帶爸媽來郴州玩幾天，看評價特別好，訂了這家，果真如此😃江邊獨棟別墅，能坐在陽台上感受歲月靜好，也能曬衣服，老媽最愛😂離東江景區入口衹有幾百米，不用早起都能看到難得一見的霧漫東江✌️又坐落在煙火氣十足的區域，能吃好喝好👌最重要的是老闆超級好，很真誠的那種，還是個有求必應的本地通👏已經在我自己的票圈上推薦了，也給老家附近的郴州打個call❤️

民宿乾淨，整潔，服務特別好，主動幫我們拿提行李上樓，老闆特別熱情，大廳還有好多免費水果，還告訴我們這裏附近的景點哪裡好玩，民宿位置也好，走路幾分鐘就到景區，附近還有好多小吃，很舒心的一次體驗，下次有機會過來還選擇這家民宿

房間比較寬敞，兩個小朋友跑來跑去很開心，這一點還不錯。位置靠近湖邊，可以水邊上走走。但是，廁所的門鎖不上，晚上睡覺有蚊子，隔音效果很差，外面路人嬉鬧，裏面樓梯間和別的房間小朋友説話的聲音都聽得見，以上都是客觀評價。

房間乾淨整潔，一大家庭都可以住的下，性價比非常高，老闆服務熱情周到，有大的休息場所，可以喝喝茶聊聊天打打牌，有空調有烤火桌，距離各個景區也非常近，東江湖景區步行幾分鐘就到了，酒店內有免費停車位，旁邊就是小東江的遊步道，晚上有燈光秀，運氣好的話還可以免費觀賞霧漫小東江，周圍吃飯超市特產店也很近，強烈推薦！
