民宿就在小東江附近，大概10分鐘路程。
民宿比較新，沒異味，乾淨！房間各種設施設備都不錯，有智能系統控制設備跟智能馬桶。而且民宿工作人員服務都很好。民俗附近很多粉店吃。民俗工作人員還推薦附近旅遊景點跟好吃的飯店。推薦！

設施：全屋智能+管家服務，配備的是一次性浴巾，真的很不錯，因為知道大部分旅客會對酒店的毛巾有點抗拒所以直接用了一次性。房間很大，投屏居然還有騰訊會員哈哈哈哈，會不會太貼心了！
服務：一入住前台的小姐姐就幫忙按電梯，還很熱情的説可以點外賣，送歡迎水果，微信主動告知東江湖表演時間和高椅嶺遊玩路線。電梯間還有到各景點的預計時間圖。
環境：到東江湖遊客中心步行不到十分鐘，周圍小店還有好吃的殺豬粉和魚粉，讓人感覺在郴州他們真的有在很認真的做旅遊！

酒店看着挺新的、門口就可以停車、前台小妹妹很客氣，很熱情，民宿很乾凈、房間也很乾凈、一進去裏面房間很簡約風、裏面的設備都很新，而且都還很智能花，非常適合年輕人。住起來都很舒服。唯一一個不好就是空調滴水，房間裏面能聽到滴滴答答的聲音。

裝修風格很現代化
樓下辦理入住的同學也很熱情，幫忙指揮停車
距離東江湖景區入口很近，對面有幾家粉店，去景區路上也有很多粉店。
一早起床去對面嗦個粉，步行去景區，坐景區大巴到一號台，步行到三號台，之後坐大巴到湖邊，走小圈，再坐大巴回來，還趕得上退房時間
因為我們入住的時間比較冷門，幫忙升級了大一些的房間，入住就有柑子吃。
美中不足，投影儀估計設備比較老，很卡，但是我們本來也沒有用的需求，所以無所謂。

從廣東到江西在從江西到郴州，走了七天，這家民宿是信價比最高最用心的店，洗漱的浴巾沐浴露都是小小衹，便攜性的！智能小度控制，床單杯子枕頭都很舒服😌😌😌😌😌😌用心才能更加長久，今後如果再去郴州的話一定還要住你家！另外離東江湖景區售票處也很近！

自駕來這裏正好拍小東江撒網，來了才知道5月份來才對，還好也祘拍上想要的了，沒白來吧。門口的充電樁費用有點高，一度電要1.6元不太友好，其它都不錯，又多住一晚。

位置距離景區近，步行幾百米就到，附近吃的也很多，一樓大廳佈景好看可以拍照，入住房間寬敞，服務很好，下次去玩還會選擇這裏。
